France Football is slowly revealing the rankings of its 30-player shortlist for the 2017 Ballon d'Or.
Real Madrid attacking maestro Isco and Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani just miss out on a top-10 spot, finishing 12th and 11th, respectively, ahead of what should be another bout between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi at the top. Already, there have been a few surprises – Toni Kroos didn't move up from 17th – the spot he earned last year – while Antoine Griezmann fell from 3rd in 2016 to 18th in 2017.
